  • How many days before can I reserve e-ticket?

    You can reserve your e-ticket through internet before one month from expected journey date (excluding date of journey). Seat reservation booking facility will be closed before 2 hour on proposed journey date and schedule departure time of bus service.

  • I've lost my ticket what do I do now?

    A copy of the ticket would have been sent to you by e-mail when you booked the ticket. Please take a printout of that mail and produce it at the time of boarding. If you have not received your ticket to the mail ID you provided, we have flexibility that you will receive a message directly to your mobile from UTC immediately after booking ticket, you can give the PNR Number in website and you can take a printout.

  • I could not register my User Id, so what can I do for reservations ticket?

    Book ticket through Guest user. Registration is not mandatory, you can book now as Guest user, For Guest user Valid mobile number is required.

  • How I register my User Id for reservations/booking e-ticket?

    For registration use valid e mail and valid mobile numbers.

  • Is it mandatory to take a printout of the e-ticket?sss

    The SMS that is sent to your registered mobile can be produced at the time of boarding and you will be allowed to travel with valid photo ID proof. You need to show any ID proof (Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card, and AADHAR Card) to the conductor. Within the time period specified in the ticket details/SMS.

  • How many passengers travel with single reservation e-ticket?

    Maximum of six seats can be booked on a single e-ticket.

  • During journey, with "e-Ticket", passenger has to show the Original photo Identity Card?

    Yes, the on-duty Conductor will verify the original photo Identity Card of the passenger. If the passenger fails to produce the specified Identity Proof in original during the journey, the ticket will be treated as INVALID and the passenger will be treated as "Travelling without Ticket". Photocopies of Identity proof are not allowed.

  • From where I get e-ticke

    After successful on line transaction this e-Ticket will be sent to passenger's e-mail address provided in his profile at the time of Registration. He can get the printout of this e-ticket from his mail or take print out of ticket after login.

  • Child Ticket online Reservations

    Children less than the age of 5 years are allowed to travel free without providing any seat. Children of age 5 years or above and less than 12 years half of the fare will be charged in all type of buses except AC /Janrath and VOLVO Buses. In all type of AC Buses full fare will be charged and provided seat to child. In online booking no options for child ticket. If you book ticket for child in online booking, you have to pay full amount and providing seat for child.

  • Cancellations

  • Can I cancel the ticket?

    Yes. The tickets booked through UTC online can be cancelled. Money is transferred back to the passenger's Credit/Debit card account/ Net banking account.   • Can I allow to change the date, time of journey, name, gender, age, etc.?

    Once you have booked your e-ticket, you will not be allowed to change the date and time of journey. You cannot replace the name, gender, age, etc. In such case you will have to cancel e-ticket first and re-book with the desired date, time, etc.

  • How refund of fare will be done in case of cancellation of e-ticket?

    Refund of fare will be made through respective bank account only. No cash refund will be given to passengers. For cancellation of e-ticket.

  • Cancel ticket reservation fee refundable or not?

    Reservation Fee is non-refundable except in case of 100 % cancellation of tickets, if the service is cancelled by UTC for operational or any other reasons.

  • When cancel ticket refund amount not received after cancelation of ticket?

    Passengers will be refunded normally in one month, after the cancellation of ticket. If refunds are delayed more than a month, passengers may contact helpline number at 8476007605 or E-Mail help.utconline@gmail.com or Toll Free No at 1800 121 0802.

  • Can I cancel my ticket partial or not?

    Partial cancellation is allowed, for which cancellation terms & conditions will apply.

  • If trip cancel and postpone or breakdown by UTC?

    The trips are subject to cancellation or postponement due to breakdown of the vehicle of insufficient passengers for the trip. Under such circumstances, passengers will be intimated through email/phone as soon as possible and the ticket amount will be refunded. No passenger will be taken on the wayside. Route Diversion charges if necessary will be collected by the conductor at the time of journey. However in case of breakdown of the bus the fare for uncovered portion of journey considering the nearest fare stage will be refundable.

  • How the cancel refund amount we got ?

    All e-Ticket cancellation refunds may process through payment gateway, i.e. passenger may get refund amount in their bank account/card /wallet through which they book ticket.

  • Can I cancel my ticket through email ?

    No Email request will be entertained for the cancellation of tickets. User only cancels their ticket by their user ID only.

  • When I cancel my ticket?

    Cancellation of E-Tickets can only be done online by the user up to 2 hours prior to the departure time of the bus (from the originating station of the route). Within 2 hours prior to the Departure Time of the Bus from Originating Station of the route, e-Tickets cannot be cancelled through any mode i.e. Online or UTC Counters. After departure of the bus from originating station of the route, no cancellation of e-Tickets allowed.
